Tom Howe

Tom is the Founder & CEO at the Jefferson Talent Group. They are a people centric business transformation consultancy that cover a number of disciplines including Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Business Strategy, Change Management and Merger & Acquisitions. All within the global marketing, PR, creative and media arenas. Prior to this he was the founder of Identica Group, a specialist executive search and M&A consultancy that specialised in the digital marketing space. He grew this business over a 4 year period, establishing the business in both the UK and US regions, until the business was acquired back in 2010.
